For business · Bulk outbound & inbound

Five thousand calls. One spreadsheet.

Upload your list — leads, candidates, customers, overdue accounts — and a fleet of voice agents works through it at a pace you set. Every call is recorded, transcribed, classified by outcome, and called back if it needs to be.

Business accounts are set up with you directly — KYC, your own number, your own prompts.

Use cases

Any call your team makes a hundred times.

If it's the same conversation with a different name at the top, an agent can run it — and it won't get bored at call number four hundred.

Outbound

Cold calling

Work a lead list end to end. The agent opens, handles the usual brush-offs, qualifies intent, and flags only the conversations a human should take over.

"Who is this?" · "Send me an email" · "Not interested" — all handled, all logged.
Hiring

Interview & hiring calls

Call every shortlisted candidate: confirm they're coming, screen the basics, and catch the ones who would have quietly not shown up.

A 300-candidate drive, confirmed overnight instead of by a recruiter all week.
Finance

Collections & EMI

Polite, identical, never-irritable reminder calls that capture a specific promise-to-pay date instead of leaving a message nobody hears.

Never threatens, never pressures — that rule is hard-wired into every call.
Retention

Renewals & retention

Call before a policy, subscription or AMC lapses and find out whether they intend to renew — while there's still time to do something about it.

Outcomes come back as structured answers, not free text you have to read.
Operations

Delivery & appointment confirmation

Confirm someone will actually be there, capture a better slot if they won't, and stop paying for failed trips.

Reschedules captured in the person's own words, with the new slot recorded.
Customer voice

Feedback & NPS

Call every customer after a visit or purchase and get a rating plus the reason behind it — spoken, which people will actually do.

A spoken "why" from hundreds of customers beats a 2% form response rate.
Inbound

Inbound answering

An agent picks up on your own number, around the clock. It answers the common questions, takes the details, and never lets a warm caller hit a dead ring.

Same engine, same dashboard — inbound calls land beside your outbound ones.
Automation

Callbacks, automatically

When someone says "call me Thursday after four", that becomes a scheduled call — not a note somebody has to remember to action.

Promised callbacks are queued and dialled on time, by the right agent.
Bespoke

Something else entirely

Your prompts are written with you, for your product, your objections and your tone. If your team makes the call today, an agent can make it tomorrow.

Tell us the call and we'll tell you honestly whether voice is the right channel.
How a campaign runs

Spreadsheet in, outcomes out.

You don't build a flow, wire a dialler, or manage concurrency. You upload a list and press start.

01

Upload the list

An .xlsx straight out of your CRM. Only a phone column is required — the rest of your headers are matched automatically.

02

Set the pace

How many calls at once, how many a day, which hours. The dialler paces itself to that, per campaign.

03

Agents work the list

Each lead gets a real conversation from your agent, on your number, with your product's context in hand.

04

Every call is logged

Recording, transcript, duration, cost and an AI-classified outcome — attached to the lead, not a spreadsheet.

05

Follow-ups fire

No-answers retry. Promised callbacks get scheduled and dialled. Reached-and-interested leads are yours to action.

Your list, as it already is

No data cleanup project.

Export the sheet you already have and upload it. Column headers are matched case-insensitively against a long alias list, so "Mobile", "Phone No", "Contact Number" and "phone" all land in the same place.

  • Only a phone column is required. Everything else is optional.
  • Unrecognised columns aren't thrown away — they're kept per lead and can be handed to the agent as context for the call.
  • Names are handled properly — including initials, suffixes and the junk that comes out of real CRMs.

The dashboard

Proof, not a success rate.

Every call leaves evidence. You can listen to it, read it, and see how the system classified it — and if you disagree with the classification, you're looking at the transcript that produced it.

  • Recording and full transcript for every call, attached to the lead.
  • AI-classified outcomes — interested, callback requested, not interested, wrong number, voicemail — rather than a human guessing from a dropdown.
  • Honest call statuses. A voicemail, a declined call, a busy line and a no-answer are never counted as a conversation that happened.
  • Per-call cost and minutes, so your spend is visible per campaign, not at the end of the month.

Your brand, your number

It sounds like your team, not ours.

Each business runs on its own number, its own prompts and its own voice. Nothing is shared between accounts — separate numbers, separate prompts, separate call history, enforced end to end.

  • Your own phone number for outbound and inbound, so your caller ID is yours.
  • Prompts written for your product — your pitch, your objections, your tone, tuned on your real call recordings.
  • Indian English and code-switching, with number and date handling that doesn't fall apart mid-sentence.
  • Multiple teams or brands on one account, each with its own number and prompts.

Doing it properly

Volume is not an excuse.

Calling thousands of people is exactly when the rules matter most. These aren't settings — they hold on every call we place, for every customer.

Every call declares itself

The agent says it's automated in the first sentence or two, and if the person asks whether they're talking to a human, it answers honestly and immediately.

"Stop calling me" is final

If someone asks to be taken off the list, the agent apologises, confirms it will pass that on, and ends the call. It doesn't try one more time.

No impersonation, ever

An agent never claims to be a named individual, a bank, a hospital, a government body or any company other than yours.

No credentials, no payments

It never asks for an OTP, PIN, card or bank details, and if a customer offers them, it tells them not to share them on the call.

Pressure is off the table

No threats, no guilt, no invented consequences — particularly on collections calls, where that line is easiest to cross.

KYC before you can call the public

Calling numbers that aren't your own verified contacts requires an approved Business account. We set that up with you rather than letting anyone self-serve it.

Business questions.

How quickly can we be running calls?

Setup is done with you: KYC, your number, and the prompts for your calls. The fastest path is to send us the call you want made and a sample of your list on the contact form — we'll tell you honestly how long it takes and whether voice is the right channel for it.

Can it handle our objections and our pitch?

Yes — the prompt is written for your product, not a generic sales script, and it's tuned against your real call recordings. That tuning is the work; it's why Business isn't a self-serve signup.

Do we get the recordings and transcripts?

Yes. Every call has a recording and a full transcript attached to the lead, along with the duration, cost and the classified outcome.

What counts as a successful call?

Only genuine human contact. Voicemail, a declined call, a busy line and a no-answer resolve to failed and go back into the retry queue — we'd rather show you a lower number that's true.

Can agents call at the volume we need?

The Business plan includes 1,500 minutes and runs several calls concurrently with a daily dial cap. Higher concurrency and volume are available — tell us the numbers and we'll quote them rather than guess here.

Is our data kept separate from other customers'?

Yes — separate numbers, separate prompts, separate call history, enforced on every service boundary rather than by a filter in the UI. See Security for how we handle recordings and retention.

Tell us the call. We'll make a thousand of them.

Send us what you want calling and we'll come back within a business day.
