Not a notification. A call — one that waits for you to answer, pushes back if your answer is rubbish, and writes down what you said. Start with one of 17 ready-made agents, then design your own on Pro.
The difference between an agent and a robocall is everything that happens after the first sentence.
It listens, handles interruptions, and keeps the thread. If you mumble something that isn't an answer, it asks again instead of carrying on regardless.
You describe the goal, not a script tree. The agent works out what to say to get there, and politely declines anything outside the purpose you gave it.
Nobody picking up is the normal case, not an error. On Pro it retries a few minutes later, and a voicemail or declined call is never logged as a conversation that happened.
Before hanging up, the agent records an outcome and short notes — in the person's own words where it can — so you can see what actually happened without listening to anything.
Indian English, code-switching, and the awkward bits other stacks fluff: names, dates spoken the local way, and numbers read back correctly.
Says it's automated, admits it isn't human when asked, and ends the call if the person asks not to be called. No setting removes that.
This is the reason to go Pro. You write what the agent should do on the phone, in plain English, and Aunbound turns it into a working voice agent on your schedule — no scripting, no flowchart, no code.
Every one of these is already written and tested. Fill in a few blanks — a time, a name, a question — and it starts calling. Five run on the free plan; eight more come with Pro, and the customer-facing four with Business.
Asks a question you have to answer properly before it lets you go back to sleep.
Same time every day, and you confirm out loud that you actually took them.
Water, a workout, a tablet, a call you keep forgetting to make.
Asks whether you did the one thing you said you'd do. A streak you answer to out loud.
"How did today go?" — an evening call that logs a spoken journal entry.
Calls someone on their birthday with a warm message in your name.
A gentle daily call to a parent, with an automatic escalation to you if they don't pick up.
Confirms or reschedules an appointment, and writes down the outcome.
Confirms a candidate is still coming — and catches the ones who'd quietly not show.
Calls someone a few minutes before a meeting so they actually join.
A polite EMI or invoice nudge that captures a promise-to-pay date.
"Did X happen?" — a short structured call that gets a clear answer.
Confirms someone will be home, and captures a better slot if they won't.
Asks for a rating out of ten, and why — in their own words.
Calls before a subscription or policy lapses and finds out whether they'll renew.
Finds out whether they still want the appointment, and books the next one.
Calls a teammate before standup and collects their update, so a missed meeting isn't a missing status.
Not on this list? On Pro you write it yourself — that's the whole point of the builder.
Free can only call the number you verified at signup. Pro can call numbers you've verified as contacts. Nothing can be dialled that you haven't cleared.
You set the time, the days and the date — in your own timezone. No agent decides for itself when to ring.
Each plan has a daily dial limit and a maximum call length, so a mistake in an agent you wrote stays a small mistake.
Pause an agent, edit it, or delete it outright in a tap. Deleting it stops the schedule immediately.
Your remaining minutes are on your account page. Free stops at 10 rather than charging you; paid plans show the per-minute rate first.
Each call ends with a recorded outcome and notes, so you're never guessing whether it worked.
